Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. About this policy
BRemodeling Corp ("BRemodeling," "we," "us") is a design-build remodeling company in Anaheim, California. We help homeowners in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino counties) with ADUs (backyard homes), additions, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, and windows.
This policy tells you what information we collect on our website and in our work, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
This policy does not cover:
- Cookies. Those are in our Cookie Policy.
- Information about our workers or people who apply for jobs with us.
- Other websites we link to. They have their own rules.
2. Information we collect
What you give us
Quote form. Your name, phone number, email, city, ZIP code, the kind of project, when you want to start, and whether it is OK to text you.
Calls, texts, and emails. Your phone number or email and what you tell us.
If you hire us. What we need to plan, permit, and build your project. This can include your property address, property records, site details, plans, photos of your property, our messages with you, and contract and payment records.
We do not take credit card payments on our website.
What we collect on our own when you visit
Basic visit data. Our website host (Vercel) keeps short-term logs with your IP address (a number that points to your internet connection), your browser type, and the pages you load. This keeps the site working and safe.
Which ad sent you. If you click one of our ads, the link tells us which ad it was. We save that with your quote request so we know which ads work.
Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google. Google sees your IP address when that happens.
Meta Pixel, only if you say OK. If you click "OK" on our cookie banner, a small Meta (Facebook) tool records that you visited and whether you sent the form. We use this to see which ads work and to show our ads to people who visited. It does not run if you say no. See Section 8.
What we get from other places
Facebook, Instagram, and other sites. If you contact us through Facebook, Instagram, Google, or a site like them, we get what that site passes to us. That is usually your name, contact info, and what project you want. That site follows its own privacy policy. Once we have your info, we follow this one.
Public property records. To see what can be built on a property, we may look at public records like county property records, zoning, permit history, and map photos.
Referrals. If someone refers you to us, they may give us your name and contact info.
What we do not collect
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account numbers, exact phone location, fingerprints or face scans, or information about your race, religion, health, sexual orientation, or union membership.
If you need a loan for your project, you apply with the lender directly. Your loan paperwork does not go through us.
3. How we use your information
- To call, text, or email you back about your project
- To give you a quote
- To plan, permit, and build your project, and keep you updated
- To work with cities, the county, utility companies, and our building partners
- To handle contracts and payments
- To send you marketing emails and texts, only if you said yes
- To run ads, including showing ads to people who visited our site (only if they said OK)
- To see how our website and ads are doing and make them better
- To keep records the law or our insurance requires
- To stop fraud and spam
We use simple software to sort and keep track of quote requests. Software does not decide your price or whether we take your project. People do.
4. Who we share information with
Companies that help us run the business. For example: our website host (Vercel), our form service (Web3Forms), Google (email and spreadsheets), and Meta (ads). They may only use your info to do work for us.
Building partners. Designers, engineers, licensed contractors we work with, subcontractors, and suppliers who need project details to do their part.
Government offices. Cities, counties (Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino), and utility companies, when we apply for permits.
Lenders, only if you ask. If you ask us to connect you with a lender, we share your name, contact info, and basic project details. We only do this if you ask. We do not get paid by lenders for this.
Meta, only if you say OK. See Section 8.
Legal reasons or a sale of our business. If the law or a court requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or if our business is sold.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Photos of your property
We take photos and videos of projects while we build and after we finish. We use them in quotes, on our website, and in ads. If you do not want photos of your property shown in public, tell us and we will note it in your file.
6. Phone calls
We do not record phone calls. If that ever changes, you will hear a notice at the start of the call, as California law requires, and you can say no.
7. Text messages
We only text you if you checked the "OK to text me" box or told us yes another way. You do not have to say yes to get a quote.
Our texts are about your project or our services. Message and data rates may apply. How often we text can change. Reply STOP to any text to stop. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share your phone number with other companies for their own marketing.
8. Ads and your choices
We may use the Meta Pixel on our website. It uses a cookie so Meta can show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited our site, and so we can see which ads bring in quote requests. California law calls this "sharing" personal information for ads, even though no money changes hands.
The Meta Pixel only runs if you click "OK" on our cookie banner.
To say no or change your mind:
- Click Your Privacy Choices (also at the bottom of every page)
- Change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account
Saying no does not change how we answer your quote request or work on your project.
9. Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a "do not share my info" signal called Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends it, we treat it as a "no" and the Meta Pixel stays off.
Our website does not respond to the older "Do Not Track" signal, because there is no shared rule for what it means.
10. Marketing emails
If you send a quote request or hire us, we may email you about our services and past projects. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Emails about a project we are working on for you will still come, even if you unsubscribe from marketing.
11. How long we keep information
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Quote requests that do not become projects | 4 years |
| Client project records, contracts, plans, permits | 4 years, or longer if the law requires it |
| Text message records | 4 years |
| Payment and accounting records | 4 years, or longer if the law requires it |
| Website and ad data | See our Cookie Policy |
| Email and text marketing lists | Until you opt out. After that we keep your number or email on a "do not contact" list so we don't contact you by mistake. |
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the parts that say who you are.
12. How we protect information
We only let people who need your info see it. We turn on two-step login for our business accounts, and we ask the companies that help us to keep your info private.
No system is 100% safe, so we cannot promise your info will never be exposed. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you as fast as we can, as California law requires (California Civil Code sections 1798.29 and 1798.82).
13. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what info we have about you
- Send you a copy of it
- Fix info that is wrong
- Delete info we collected from you
- Stop sending you marketing emails or texts
- Stop sharing your info for ads
To ask, email info@bremodelingcorp.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, call us at (310) 678-1110, or mail us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm something we already have, like your phone number or email, so we know it is really you.
We will answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
Some records we have to keep, like permit filings, signed contracts, and tax records. If that affects your request, we will tell you.
We will not treat you any differently for making a request.
14. Other companies' content and links
Our website loads fonts and page tools from Google and Tailwind. These companies may see your IP address when our pages load, and their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for other websites we link to.
15. Children
Our website and services are for adults 18 and older. We do not market to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
16. Changes and contact
We review this policy at least once a year and update it when what we do changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a big change, we will post a notice on our website.
If you need this policy in another format, contact us and we will help.
